Permissions

Workspace permissions are group-based. A group contains members and a set of allowed module actions.

Invite flow

  1. Open Team from the dashboard or /workspace/permissions.
  2. Select the workspace.
  3. Open the invite dialog.
  4. Search by Roblox username or user ID.
  5. Confirm the Roblox profile.
  6. Add the user to the workspace.

Permission actions

Safe setup

  1. Create groups before inviting many users.
  2. Add one test member to each group.
  3. Confirm they can access only the intended screens.
  4. Save permissions.
  5. Invite the rest of the team.
